NXT 2020 will be a digital conference that gives the participant an interactive experience based on the new opportunities that a digital conference creates. The day includes live stream from the main stage, breakout sessions, networking, virtual expo and, of course, a focus on the future of commerce. The day ends with a physical dinner in Stockholm where we will continue to network and discuss the topics of the day. The evening will also include an awards ceremony from E-Awards as well as entertainment. Due to prevailing circumstances, we only offer a limited number of dinner tickets.
The theme for NXT Nordic 2020 is ”Consumer Behaviour”. We are all part of a changing industry and we can all help to develop the future of commerce. Consumer behaviour is changing rapidly and no one is doubting the growth of e-commerce. What is becoming more and more relevant to those who sell online is the changing purchasing behaviour of consumers.
At NXT – The Future of Commerce, new trends such as Live Video Shopping has a given place, the increased use of TikTok and what opportunities it can provide for e-retailers will also be discussed. Facebook Shops, new opportunities on Google and last but not least Amazon will have a prominent role.
Hundreds of people interested in the digitization of commerce gather annually at the event, which focuses on the latest in the industry. Here you will have the opportunity to digitally meet industry colleagues, network and listen to speakers who bring up the latest news and innovations in the field.
Kenneth Melchior is Director of Northern Europe at Zalando. In this position, which he assumed in March 2018, Kenneth is in charge of the strategy and daily business for the Nordic markets, Benelux, the UK, and Ireland. Kenneth joined Zalando in June 2016 as Country Manager Nordics. Prior to moving to Berlin and Zalando, Kenneth was based in Copenhagen, where he most recently worked as CMO & CCO for the grocery retailer Superbrugsen and before that as Head of Business Development at the retail group Coop.
